Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to the goldenBear88 website, free Telegram channel, and VIP subscription. By using any of them, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. What you're buying

The VIP subscription is one year of access to a private Telegram group where XAUUSD (spot gold) trade ideas, daily morning analysis, and trade-management updates are published in real time. The free channel mirrors VIP content on a delay and is provided as-is for educational purposes.

The subscription does not include personalized trading advice, guaranteed signals on a schedule, account management, or any obligation by goldenBear88 to trade or to publish on a particular cadence.

2. Acceptable use

• Do not redistribute, repost, or resell signals or analysis published in either channel.
• Do not share your VIP invite link or member access with third parties.
• Do not harass, spam, or solicit other members in the group.
• Do not screenshot and rebroadcast content outside the channel without permission.

Violation may result in immediate removal without refund. We reserve the right to revoke access at our discretion if continued participation harms the group.

3. Subscription, billing, renewal

The VIP plan is €1,000 per year, billed once at signup via Stripe. The subscription does not auto-renew. We will contact you near the end of your term with an option to renew manually.

IC Markets path: subscribers who open a qualifying account through our partner referral link and complete the broker's identity verification receive VIP access at no charge for one year, subject to the broker's and our offer terms.

4. Refund policy

Full refund available within 7 days of first subscription, provided fewer than 5 signals have been delivered to you. Refund requests must be sent by email to goldenbear88nm@gmail.com.

After the 7-day window, the annual subscription is non-refundable and non-prorated. We may grant refunds in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

5. Intellectual property

All trade ideas, analysis, written commentary, charts, and other content produced by goldenBear88 remain the property of goldenBear88. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable license to consume the content while the subscription is active. No license is granted to copy, modify, or commercialize the content.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, goldenBear88 is not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, missed opportunities, or other damages arising from your use of signals, analysis, or any content on this site. You make your own trading decisions and bear sole responsibility for them.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, if continued service is no longer viable for us, or if required by law. On termination for cause, no refund will be issued. On termination by us for convenience, the unused portion of your annual fee will be refunded.

8. Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the VIP channel and by email to active subscribers. Continued use after the change date constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of North Macedonia. Disputes that cannot be resolved through good-faith correspondence will be submitted to the competent courts of Skopje, North Macedonia.
