We collect the minimum data needed to run the subscription, deliver signals, and meet our legal obligations. Nothing is sold.

1. Who we are

2. What we collect, and why

Email address: Required to send your VIP invite and renewal notices. Legal basis: performance of contract.
Payment details: Handled by Stripe. We never see your full card number. Stripe stores the transaction record; we keep only the Stripe customer ID and invoice metadata. Legal basis: performance of contract.
Telegram username / ID: To add you to the private group. Held only while your subscription is active. Legal basis: performance of contract.
Site usage analytics: Aggregated, anonymized page-view data via Vercel Analytics — no cross-site tracking, no profile building. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
Email correspondence: When you write to us, we keep the thread so we can pick up the conversation later. Legal basis: legitimate interest.

3. Who we share data with

We share data only with the processors required to deliver the service. Each has signed a data-processing agreement:

Stripe — payment processing.
Telegram — channel delivery (we add you to the group; Telegram's own policy governs the chat).
Vercel — hosting and analytics.
Resend — transactional email (invites, renewals).

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or third parties for marketing.

4. How long we keep it

Active subscription data: for the duration of your subscription plus 6 months for renewal outreach.
Billing records: 7 years, as required by tax law.
Email correspondence: 2 years from last contact.
Analytics: aggregated only, no individual retention.

5. Your rights (GDPR)

If you're in the EU/EEA or UK, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, port, or object to processing of your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, email goldenbear88nm@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days.

6. International transfers

Some processors (Stripe, Vercel) may process data outside the EU/EEA. They operate under standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

7. Children

The service is not directed at people under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. Contact us if you believe a minor has subscribed and we will remove the account.

8. Updates

Material changes to this policy will be announced by email to active subscribers and posted here with a new “last updated” date.
